I thought it would be a good idea to leave a starter/no engineer fdl build here that's still viable for PvE bounty hunting and powerplay and able to run in a hazardous resource site https://eddp.co/u/NZRCwhZR (run both cell banks on the same firegroup so you can fire both at the same time)
